CONSTRUCTED ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING PLATFORM FOR DESKLESS TEAM MEMBERS
I took on a global role to develop an enterprise-wide learning library, accessible to all Foot Locker, Inc. employees across 27 countries and in 9 languages. I led the site architecture, visual design, navigation, and content layout, and managed the roll-out strategy and successful launch. As a result of my work, I achieved the following impactful outcomes:
Centralized all learning resources into a single, cohesive repository, streamlining access and improving resource management for the entire organization.
Introduced the ability to upskill and cross-train employees across different roles, promoting a more adaptable and versatile workforce.
Ensured that all content is accessible to a global, enterprise-wide team, reaching employees in 27 countries and in 9 languages, thus enhancing learning opportunities and inclusivity.
Spearheaded the creation and compilation of learning resources for over 200 diverse topics, encompassing critical areas such as business acumen, leadership development, and functional/technical skill-building, thereby equipping employees with essential knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
